What comes with my wellness

Think of all the fire I’ll breathe

Of the way the air will glisten

As it comes to lend itself to me

A storm is on its way

And this one packs a melody

Oh to feel at home again

In the temple of my trinity

Body, mind, and spirit

I tend my gardens thoughtfully

Won’t let dirty water near the blooms of my tranquility

I’ve built up quite an armor

But love still finds it’s way to me

I’m learning to receive it

Till it fills me overwhelmingly

Let go

Of all

That’s below

The pearls of my serenity

My wellness flame is long term

So I treat myself impeccably

Kind to every part of me

Sweet to even memories

Of when I’ve failed or faltered

I’m thankful for it all

I take my wounds straight to the altar

Unpack and unwind

Unlearn and re-find

What’s real to me

Unstuck and defined

In turn this is mine

To heal fully
